Rachel is a senior health, safety and wellbeing leader with more than 25 years’ experience across major civil infrastructure, commercial construction, complex process plant installations and maintenance in the transport, water and energy sectors.

With a background spanning site engineering, project management and senior executive health and safety roles, she brings a practical, strategic and people-centred perspective to managing risk, building capability and strengthening safety culture.

Known for her open, honest and collaborative approach, Rachel has led health, safety and wellbeing strategy across large, complex organisations and alliances, including GM-level leadership roles in high-risk infrastructure environments. She is passionate about creating conditions where leaders, teams and frontline crews can have better conversations, make safer decisions and build trust through visible, authentic leadership.
