Welcoming New Zealand Utilities Advisory Group (NZUAG) as our Major Partner and Session Partner for Clearway 2026!
The New Zealand Utilities Advisory Group (NZUAG) is an independent forum for national and local organisations working in our network infrastructure corridors, including the road, rail, power, water, telecommunications, gas, and contractor sectors. We advise the New Zealand government on improvements to the National Code of Practice for Utilities Access to Transport Corridors (secondary legislation established under the Utilities Access Act). In early 2026, NZUAG delivered the results of a major review of Options to Improve the Management of Works and Records in Network Infrastructure Corridors. The Minister for Infrastructure recently announced his intention to progress the review's recommendations, which include a centrally-led and strengthened stewardship and regulatory model among other initiatives.
