Paul Geck is the Alliance Manager for Auckland System Management (ASM), leading the alliance responsible for the physical maintenance and incident management of Auckland's state highway network. With more than two decades of experience in transport infrastructure, asset management, and network operations, Paul has held a range of leadership roles across NZ Transport Agency and the private transport sector.

Paul is passionate about delivering safe, reliable, and customer-focused transport outcomes through strong partnerships, collaborative delivery models, and continuous improvement. He has extensive experience working across complex stakeholder environments, driving network performance, and helping shape long-term maintenance investment and operational strategies for some of New Zealand's most critical transport assets.

In his current role he provides strategic leadership for ASM, with a focus on governance, innovation, resilience, and delivering value for road users across Auckland.
