Gareth Parry is the founder of Better Together. For more than 30 years, he has worked with people and organisations to create practical, participatory processes that help groups navigate complexity, build alignment and move towards action.
His diverse background includes a bachelor’s degree in architecture, running a learning design company, founding an infographics studio and chairing a district cricket association. Across these roles, Gareth has developed extensive experience in facilitation, strategy, co-design and system transformation.
His work is grounded in the belief that better outcomes are achieved when people are genuinely involved in the process.
