 About Amanda’s presentation:

Over the past six years, Wellington City Council has transformed the way it plans and manages works within the road corridor. A key part of this journey has been the introduction of "super closures" on critical transport routes, bringing multiple work programmes together within a single closure to reduce overall disruption and accelerate delivery. In this snapshot presentation, Amanda Wolfaardt shares Wellington’s experience implementing super closures, the challenges faced, lessons learned, and the insights gained from leading change across a complex and highly visible transport network.
